Well we already have Clavius Base – it’s very big, so I don’t think we can afford another anytime soon.
The old Soviet base has been abandoned for almost ten years now – they can’t afford it as they have had to depend on funding from the Russian Mafia and those mobsters have lost that Tsielkovsky/Koreleve/Gagarin spirit.

NASA might want to consider creating a few alternative sports (indoor of course) for future lunites!

How about lunar football or low-G basketball? (the hoop on the latter would have to be 20 feet high)

Virtual reality is great, but unless they have a Nintendo Wii, they will probably need to do something physical to keep their muscles and bones strong.
